The fastest path is to open an issue on GitHub. Public discussion means future users find the answer too.

When reporting a bug, please include:

For private issues — purchase trouble, account questions, accessibility blockers you'd rather not file in public — email support@asterdisk.com.

Expect a reply within a few days. This is a side project; I answer when I can.

In-app purchase questions

Aster Disk Pro is a one-time, lifetime in-app purchase processed by Apple via StoreKit. Pro travels with your Apple ID — if you reinstall Aster Disk on the same Apple ID, open Settings → Aster Disk Pro and tap Restore Purchases.

For refunds, billing questions, or family sharing issues: Apple owns the transaction, so the answer is on Apple's side. Apple Billing & Subscriptions handles those directly.
